Well the release of the Twilight Saga:Eclipse at the cinemas has yet again been a smashing success for – no surprise really hey? Already it is obvious that Twilight Eclipse is a huge box office success, making over 35 million dollars in the first couple of days alone and it’s bound to continue. Twilight fans have an added incentive to see Eclipse again on it’s first weekend as over the weekend cast members will be appearing at various cinemas across America. What a delight it would be for the Twilight fan to go to watch Twilight Eclipse and see Robert Pattinson or Taylor Lautner there as well!!
The next big question for Twilight fans is when is the Eclipse dvd release date?? Well, of course, it’s too soon to know the official Eclipse dvd release date, but we can guess it will be about 120 days away – but who’s counting?! Pre-orders for the Twilight Eclipse dvd will probably be about 60 days away. And soon we will probably start to hear about what bonuses we can expect along with the Eclipse dvd release. It is with great excitement that Twilight fans eagerly await the release of Twilight Eclipse in the theatres on June 30th. And it will soon not be long before we are just itching to find out the Twilight Eclipse dvd release date. It’s awesome to see it in the theatre, but it’s equally fangtastic to have the Eclipse dvd at home to watch over and over and over and over (pausing all the good bits of course!) The Twilight Eclipse dvd release date is so important to us Twilight fans so we can secure our copy – many deciding to pre-order their copy to avoid the mad rush and make sure they don’t miss out. The Eclipse dvd release date is also important to fans as it marks the day of Eclipse dvd parties all across the country. The Twilight series dvd parties have become quite the event, being held at major stores, many of them having the privelege of the having some of the cast or producers of the Twilight dvd. Eclipse dvd pre-orders are likely to be available a couple of months after the Eclipse release in theatres. And the Eclipse dvd release date is likely to be roughly 4 months after June 30th at a guess. We shall have to wait for the official Eclipse dvd release date. Check out these cool t-shirts…

The Twilight Eclipse has been a huge success so far. With such a stellar cast of Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner and Dakota Fanning (and everone else – let’s face it they are all great) I doubt Twilight Eclipse will disappoint.
Well, of course there are no official indications yet, but we can hope there will be some bonuses similar to the last two Twilight Saga movies. We can pretty much be sure there will be lots of Twilight Eclipse dvd 2-disc special editions, probably some commentary, un-seen footage and deleted scenes, some Eclipse music perhaps? We will have to wait for the Eclipse dvd release date to know for sure.
The director of Twilight Eclipse, David Slade, is well known for producing movies with a bit of a ‘darker’ side and some action.

When he started acting he was at a young age of 15 and did a few plays at that time. Then in 2003 is when he got a fairly large role in the Harry Potter movie. But nothing has been as popular as the vampire series! Did you know that he beat out 3000 other hopefuls for the role of Edward Cullen?
